Our products in the Baklava category are produced in Gaziantep in production facilities with TS EN ISO 9001:2008, TS EN ISO 14001:2004, TS EN ISO 18001:2007, TS EN ISO 22000:2005 and HALAL certificates, by craftsmen from Gaziantep in a healthy and hygienic environment. It is produced daily with original methods. Our products are produced using pistachio, plain oil, special blend wheat flour, milk and semolina according to their content, as well as natural beet sugar, and no additives are used.
Our baklava and dessert varieties are produced daily according to the order quantity. For this reason, orders containing baklava products on the tray are usually shipped the next day according to the stock status.
Order and Shipping Suggestion
Baklava and dessert products ordered in boxes are packaged in the most accurate and safe way and delivered to the cargo. However, it is recommended to order these products with trays both for their physical structure and for a more careful shipping process.
With the Special cargo option, which will appear as an option on our order screens when placing your orders containing baklava products and is currently only available in the central districts of Istanbul and Ankara, your orders will both arrive the next day and provide a more careful transportation compared to standard cargo.
Baklava orders placed on Thursday and Friday, especially by choosing standard cargo, are shipped on Saturday, in case of delay in delivery. If you have a special request in this regard, you can send us your request as a note when placing your order.
